During the time he was killed, four individuals claimed the mantle of Superman: Steel (The steel Superman called John Henry Irons, armed with a hammer), Erradicator (David Connor, the "The Last Son of Krypton", alive thanks have used their energy to form a body image of Kal-El), Superboy (Conner Kent, supposedly a clone of Superman, freed from the clutches of developers before reaching the mature age) and The Cyborg (Henry "Hank" Henshaw, a powerful cyborg, was proclaimed to be rebuilt as a Superman, but his true intentions were to end when in alliance with Mongul, he also destroyed a city of 7 million people).
